Director, Construction Recruitment
Mitch Wilson is a results driven professional with over eight years of construction recruitment experience. In 2024, he launched Flowtec Construction, overseeing all aspects of the business, including business development, client management, talent acquisition and team training. Over the course of Mitch’s career, he has launched multiple teams and market segments due to his customer focused approach and construction expertise. He has worked with some clients for close to a decade and made key placements such as Director of Construction, Project Executive, Division Leader, VP of Business Development and Director of Field Operations. Mitch takes pride in his attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to quality over quantity, as well as placing a strong emphasis on fostering long-term partnerships.
Josh Berg

Josh Berg is a seasoned construction recruitment professional with over 8 years of experience and a proven track record in leadership, business development and delivering to clients.
