Director, Construction Recruitment
Mitch Wilson is a results driven professional with over eight years of construction recruitment experience. In 2024, he launched Flowtec Construction, overseeing all aspects of the business, including business development, client management, talent acquisition and team training. Over the course of Mitch’s career, he has launched multiple teams and market segments due to his customer focused approach and construction expertise. He has worked with some clients for close to a decade and made key placements such as Director of Construction, Project Executive, Division Leader, VP of Business Development and Director of Field Operations. Mitch takes pride in his attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to quality over quantity, as well as placing a strong emphasis on fostering long-term partnerships.

Josh Berg is a seasoned construction recruitment professional with over 8 years of experience and a proven track record in leadership, business development and delivering to clients. Mike Younie is a seasoned recruitment leader with over twelve years of experience spanning construction, accounting and finance, manufacturing, and engineering. Throughout his career, Mike has played a pivotal role in launching and expanding divisions for a global recruitment brand, demonstrating a consistent ability to build markets from the ground up. Mike has been instrumental in establishing construction recruitment markets across the Midwest — including Chicago, St. Louis, and other key regions — leveraging his deep industry knowledge and people-first approach. His international experience recruiting in both the UK and the US gives him a unique perspective on talent acquisition and market dynamics. Recognized for his leadership and results, Mike has earned multiple accolades, including Top Manager and Director of the Year for the Midwest. Before his recruitment career, Mike was a professional golfer — a background that instilled in him the discipline, focus, and competitive drive that continue to define his success today.
